Some time ago we devised a plan which involved bringing the highest quality Jamon from Spain to Australia. Our inspiration came from sheer enjoyment in eating jamon during our constant travels to our motherland Spain.
We believed Australia’s multicultural foundations and its openness to quality and increasing cultural awareness could generate a market for the jamon to meet the demands of the new age Australian taste buds.

Our Product
Los Imporatdores specializes in importing the highest quality Jamon Serrano and Jamon Iberico from the most sought after regions of Spain.
We are proud to announce that as of 1 October 2007, Los Importadores have the exclusive rights to La Amarilla de Ronda organic olive oil. This is an organic extra virgin olive oil which comes in two varieties Suave and Intenso.
The Superior quality of LA oil is guaranteed and certified from organic plantations – these are organic farms situated in the best areas of Andalusia which have been rigorously selected and approved by one of the most well known oenologists in the world, Michel Rolland.
LA oils are characterised as being extra virgin organic olive oils of superior quality. This certification delivers high health values which in addition adds to their unique texture, aroma and taste. They are used by the worlds leading chefs including Ferran Adria (El Bulli) the worlds No1 Restaurant.
From local markets, Los Imporatdores products include Queso Manchego, Pimiento de Piquillo, White Anchoas Tasmanian Truffle, Wild and Farmed Caviar, Saffron, Vanilla Beans etc (please note for more information on these products please do not hesitate to contact us for a pricelist).

Los Importadores supplier of jamon is Jamondul, a company accredited by the European Economic Community which has the Quality Certificate ISO 9001 by BVQI authorized by Ukas Quality Management, certifying the quality of all the jamons which leave Spanish shores.
We currently service a number of prominent Restaurants, Delicatessens and Providers around Australia who enjoy our wide range of products.
