La Amarilla de Ronda was founded with the idea of producing high-quality Spanish ecological extra virgin olive oils. The product is made from the finest cultivated raw materials, with hope and intention of making them an internationally recognised product/ brand.

Spain is the biggest olive oil producing country in the world, yet Italy has obtained greater international recognition through major marketing campaigns. Consequently, one of the challenges facing us is to position our brand, La Amarilla de Ronda, among the world leaders, giving Spanish olive oil the recognition it deserves.

Consumers are increasingly aware of, and value, the characteristics, aromas and flavours of different types of olive oil and demand different types of oil for different occasions.  Consequently, La Amarilla de Ronda has selected the best raw materials to produce its oil, which undergo ecological processes guaranteed by the Comité Andaluz de Agricultura Ecológica. This attainment is obtained only through ecological extra virgin olive oils of the highest quality and safety.

Los importadores affiliate partnership with La Amarilla de Ronda extends a close relationship between the worlds of oil and wine. Therefore, two different ecological extra virgin olive oils have initially been created, with the aim of bringing the well established "wine culture" to the world of oils: “Mild and Intense ecological extra virgin olive oils, with different gastronomic uses, as is the case with white and red wine.”

Our company has been given reputable specialist acknowledgement from the world’s finest cuisine, restaurants and chefs.
The La Amarilla de Ronda Mild and Intense oils have been created by Michel Rolland and Cristino Lobillo (two maestros from the world of cuisine) by mixing different varieties of olives. Michel Rolland, an expert consultant oenologist, has brought his knowledge of cuisine to the world of oil, while Cristino Lobillo is one of the finest oil experts in Europe.

One of the greatest designers in the world, Philippe Starck, has also been involved, creating exclusive aluminium containers. The design incorporates the qualities of watertightness and impermeability to light and have a protective inner layer of lacquer in order to preserve the qualities of these exquisite oils. In this way, the La Amarilla de Ronda Mild and Intense oils are ecological extra virgin olive oils that combine innovation and maximum quality with cutting-edge design.
