Phillipe Starck

One of the most highly respected contemporary designers in the world today. As well as receiving the highest recognition for his interior designs, he has also demonstrated his skill as a product architect and designer: creations such as the “La Marie” transparent chair and the “Juicy Salif” orange juicer have put him at the pinnacle of contemporary design.

His works are exhibited in the best museums in Europe and America, among them, the Brooklyn Museum in New York, the Musée des Arts Decoratifs in Paris and the Design Museum in London. He has also organised exhibitions of his creations, either individually or with other artists, in Paris, Marseille, Rome, Munich, Kyoto, Tokyo, Chicago, Los Angeles and New York.

He has vast experience and many major brands look to his talent to launch new products on the market. Of particular note are the designs for Vuitton suitcases, Vitra office furniture, Glaciar bottles, as well as vehicles and computers, among other products.


Michael Rolland

The most famous consultant oenologist in the world, began his studies at the Agricultural Institute in Oisellerie in 1971 and obtained the oenologist diploma from the Faculty of Bourdeaux, before completing his studies in Libourne.

He has advised over 100 estates in 12 different countries: South Africa, Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Spain, France, Hungary, India, Italy, Morocco, and the USA.

To these must be added the 500 French wine-growing estates that have used the services of Michel’s laboratory in Pomerol for sample analysis or advice. As well as his work as consultant, Michel is a shareholder in several French and international vineyards.

Cristino Lobillo

A renowned professional from the oils sector and doctor in chemical sciences from the Universidad de Sevilla, she has forged her career as a specialist in fats and is considered one of the finest olive oil tasters in Europe.

Currently, a large number of companies and organisations use her consulting and analysis services. Her most recent work includes:

  • Technical quality manager for Moreno S.A.
  • Integral laboratory manager for Cordoba S.L.
  • Member of the CATA panel for the Ministry of Agriculture and the Baena denomination of origin.
  • Member of the CIOA working group on analysis methods for oils and fats.
  • Technical adviser for the Asociación Nacional de Industriales Refinadores and
  • Envasadores de Aceites Vegetales Comestibles (National Association of Edible Vegetable Oil Refining and Packaging Companies - ANIERAC).
  • Secretary of the olive oil technical committee, made up of members from the
  • Ministry of Agriculture, Fishing and Food, the Instituto de la Grasa (Fat institute) and technicians from ANIERAC and ASOLIVA.
  • Member of the group of expert chemists of the International Olive Oil Council,
  • responsible for the areas of analysing and tasting.
  • Collaboration with the group of olive oil expert chemists in the Europea Commission on issues relating to organoleptic evaluation and physical-chemical analysis controls.
